Shared Services Overview
Shared Services
As driven and directed by Members, Audigy Group International (AGI) has invested significant resources in developing a core set of services that take advantage of both shared cost economics and Member-wide best practices. Many of the Audigy Group (US) shared services are now acknowledged as industry-leading and are setting new standards within the hearing care industry. All Audigy Group Shared Services are the result of an extensive review of best practices across the Membership, combined with directives from the Members as to what they want to see enhanced, changed or added to ensure their businesses remain industry-leading.
Audigy Group International’s Selective Integration Framework gives Members the benefits of world-class Group Infrastructure and the flexibility to choose Member Services that make sense for them. These services have been carefully reverse-engineered from the specific needs of both practices and practitioners at key points in their development. Based on Member Profiles and Local Market Profiles, AGI helps its co-owners apply AGI’s services to:
- Accomplish business goals at every stage of the business life cycle.
- Build skills at every phase of ownership maturity.
Powerful Set of Tools
Beyond simply making Group Infrastructure and other Member Services available to Members, AGI is dedicated to helping Members/Owners apply them to create value for themselves in their own local markets. All Shared Services, such as Professional Development, are designed and delivered “by hearing care providers, for hearing care providers” and are the keys unlocking the full potential of both AGI’s offerings and the Group itself.
Together, AGI’s Member Services represent a powerful set of tools for hearing care professionals who want to realize the full potential of their practices while remaining independent.
