Brandon M. Dawson

CEO/Founder

Prior to founding Audigy Group LLC, Dawson served for seven years as the founder, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Sonus Corp, a publicly-traded company. During his tenure at Sonus, he raised $35 million in four equity transactions and $20 million in strategic growth capital, and he acquired in excess of 100 hearing aid practices resulting in over $50 million in annual revenue. He was responsible for forming and creating the Sonus Network, a national network at over 1,000 locations, and negotiating with suppliers on the network's behalf. Prior to founding Sonus, Dawson was the National Sales Manager at Starkey Laboratories, a leader in worldwide hearing aid manufacturing. In addition to his accomplishments in the hearing industry, Dawson has identified and negotiated approximately $100 million in a variety of real estate and other financial transactions as a partner, principle and representative. He is also a frequent lecturer and mentor on entrepreneurship and business building techniques.

Mason B. Walker

President

Mason Walker has been influential in the development of Audigy Group's Shared Services platform ever since he assisted in launching the organization in 2004. At the time of Audigy Group's inception, Mason was responsible for the identification of key hearing care professionals across the United States and defining their alignment with AG's vision to be a best-in-class management company. Mason has spent thousands of hours interviewing the most elite practitioners and has visited hundreds of clinics to document the most efficient procedures and successful business systems. His first-hand experience and collaboration with independent entrepreneurs assisted in crafting AG's unique delivery structure.

Originally from Arizona, Mason was recruited and offered a scholarship by the University of Portland based upon his political leadership and strong academic background. He received an undergraduate degree in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing & Management. Over the years, Mason has contributed his talents to several political campaigns including a presidential election.

He was specifically recruited to join Audigy Group to facilitate U.S. operations and is currently responsible for structuring the organization's international division.

Scott Ruse

Vice President Strategy & International Finance

Scott joined Audigy Group in March of 2010, bringing with him, over 20 years of executive level experience in domestic and international operations, finance, and accounting. Operating in consumer products, commercial products, and industrial manufacturing and logistics Scott has led major projects and teams in operational and financial initiatives that significantly improved corporate performance. With time spent at organizations such as Nautilus, Ultimate Electronics, Gates Rubber, and Schwinn Cycling and Fitness, Scott has developed an outstanding ability to match strategic direction to tactical execution plans. Scott brings in-depth expertise that will compliment the Audigy Group's executive team skill set. Scott Holds a BA in Economics from the University of Colorado as well as a BS in Accounting from Regis University.

Richard E. Gans, Ph.D.

VP of Business Development - Latin America

Dr. Gans received his Ph.D. in auditory-vestibular physiology from The Ohio State University. Since that time he has been a prolific researcher, educator and clinician in the development of evaluation and management of balance disorders in children and adults. He has written numerous chapters and texts on the subject and presented or published over 150 papers worldwide. He is past president of the American Academy of Audiology (2004-05) and the founder of the American Institute of Balance. It is Dr. Gans' belief in education without boundaries "educacion sin fronteras" and his extensive travel and service within Latin America, that has led him to serve as the Vice-president of AGI- Latin America. The belief is that audiologists and ear-nose-throat physicians throughout the world should have access to the same opportunities to better serve their patients while benefiting from a unique business model. It has been his participation with Audigy as a Founder-Member, that brings the confidence that this exceptional clinic-business model will be successful through Latin America and the Caribbean as well.

Marden E. Nochez, M.D., MBA

Director of Operations - Latin America

With over 12 years of experience in management consulting for medical and dental practices, Nochez joined the Audigy team in 2010. Prior to Audigy, Marden was the Chief Operating Officer to one of the largest forensic psychological/psychiatric groups in the country, representing more than 2,300 mental health professionals.

Experienced in developing and implementing regional, national and international programs for major organizations, he provides expertise in developing and motivating self-sufficient, multi-disciplinary teams internally (operations, R&D, marketing, sales) and externally (strategic partners, key customers).

In his tenure with Audigy, Marden has worked closely with several of our Members and the Strategic Business Units that serve them in implementing and improving processes in their practices, his proven ability to understand and enhance the Audigy model as well as his experience with international business made Marden a logical choice for heading Operations in Latin America.

Daniel Weibel

Director of Operations - Europe

Daniel Weibel joins AGI as the Director of Operations for the European markets. With more than 10 years experience in business development in Italy and Switzerland, he provides fundamental understanding of the tools and skills needed in building new business in Europe.

Prior to joining AGI, Daniel was the international business development manager for Ranger GmbH, one of the leading European organizations in marketing and sales outsourcing. He generated leads, conducted negotiations and managed strategic business alliances with important companies in various industries.

From 1999 through 2004, he was involved in the start-up of a fully IT integrated Service Center in Italy that provides complete 360° customer relationship management solutions. In this role he successfully coordinated the daily operational tasks as well as led the Service Center.

Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Oregon. He speaks fluent German, Italian, French and English. As a truly international person, Daniel lived and worked in Switzerland, Italy, the US and South Africa.

Michael Mann

Technology and Supply Chain Advisor

Michael Mann is part of our advisory group for Supply Chain and Technology initiatives. Before joining Audigy Group, he held various international leadership positions in USA, Europe and Asia Pacific. In his last position Michael was the Program Director and Director of Engineering for Advanced Medical Optics where he led the Eye Care manufacturing spin-off from Allergan. Between 2000 and 2002, he was VP of Manufacturing for GN Resound where he was responsible for the integration and standardization of international manufacturing operations. Before that he was Director of International Operations for Siemens Audiology Group and was responsible for the standardization of processes and manufacturing facilities. Michael studied Mechanical Engineering at Portland State University and completed his education with a MBB from Villanova University.
